Hainan SASAC and Huili (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co. LTD. Signed REITs Pilot Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement On the afternoon of September 25, 2017, Meng Xiaosu, Director of the State-owned Assets Management Commission of Hainan Province and Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Ni Jian and Huili (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co. LTD, and chairman of the REITs research group of the Development Research Center of the State Council, signed the framework agreement of REITs pilot strategic cooperation in Haikou.
At the signing ceremony, Director Ni Jian first introduced the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in Hainan, and expressed his pleasure to cooperate with Huili (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. In order to further improve the work of asset securitization in our province through cooperation. He hoped that through the implementation of the limited company with Huili (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. The cooperation agreement of the Division has made a demonstration project for the construction of a beautiful new Hainan.
Chairman Meng Xiaosu introduced the research and exploration process and achievements of REITs in China, thanked the SASASAC of Hainan for it's support and affirmation to REITs, and said that a competent team would be formed as soon as possible to cooperate with the SASASAC of Hainan Province to carry out substantive work immediately after the National Day and strive for the successful completion of the REITs pilot project in Hainan Land.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Liu Fenghua, deputy director of the Provincial SASAC. The relevant personnel of the Development and Reform Office, Office, Capital Office, Huili (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., LTD. and China Golden Eagle Peace Development Foundation of the Provincial SAC participated in the ceremony.
